about westville

Through the eyes of Westville, life is simple. We believe that if the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used, their preparation need not be fancy.

Where can we go to eat the foods we love prepared simply and tastefully? Where can we find an understated yet refined establishment? Where can we eat the freshest food at the most reasonable prices? We opened our first Westville in 2003 as an answer to all of these questions. Due to our good fortune and wonderfully loyal customers we were able to open Westville East in the East Village in February of 2007. In the spring of 2010 we welcomed Westville Chelsea to our family and in the early Fall of 2012 we opened Westville Hudson. Our restaurants have since become neighborhood staples where vegetarians and meat-eaters alike can enjoy our extensive menu in an unpretentious and welcoming environment.
