Jay Strauss and Devin Byrnes were hovering over the pots and pans as ususal, on one of those infamous weekend brunches a few years back. Tickets were piling up on the old counter and frustration was starting to set in. They both had been through this many times, today, however, it seemed like it was getting the best of them. A young devoted waitress came over the counter asking for her table`s side of artichokes, “it has been over 15 minutes since they ordered it ! oh, and by the way, this note was left on one of the tables for you guys…” Jay took the note, “Who the hell has time for notes right now !?” and then he read it, he grabbed his friend Devin by the arm and showed it to him.
