Our delivery minimum is $12. Before ordering, we ask that you please consult our maps to see if you fall within the range. Due to the volume of deliveries, we can only make exceptions within reason during off-peak hours, in which case we ask that you meet a $40 delivery minimum.
Westville Hudson, Dumbo and Wall Street take reservations. Our other locations do not have this capability, but would be happy to provide you with information on the best time to come with the size of your party. Due to the nature of our restaurants, we can only seat parties when all guests have arrived. At our West Village location we have trouble accommodating large parties (6 or more) on weekends and during peak dinner hours.
At Westville, we strive to provide fresh, simply prepared food. If anything appears wrong with your order, please call the restaurant location that you ordered from directly and ask to speak to a manager. Each situation is determined on a case-by-case basis, and if our management staff feels that it is appropriate, a full or partial refund may be applied.
Once a refund is submitted, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and show up on your credit card statement. If you haven’t seen an adjustment after about a week, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll let you know the status of your refund ASAP.
