The following are examples of the AGM job responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Manage payroll, approve employee hours, and ensure compliance with HR forms and records.
  • Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and maintain emergency and safety kits.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is completed and monitor for compliance issues.
  • Lead and participate in team meetings, set agendas, and manage internal communication.
  • Conduct performance reviews, facilitate new hire introductions, and promote team development.
  • Oversee operational tasks, including scheduling, task delegation, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Handle customer service for large parties, manage reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Review and audit employee attendance and payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
  • Support a collaborative, communicative, and efficient team environment.

Requirements:

You should have a minimum of 2 year of proven experience as a AGM/GM in a fast-paced dining service restaurant, preferably in New York City.

Salary: Starting at $75,000.00 per year based on experience
