  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Greet and Welcome customers & present menus
  • Answer questions regarding the menu – offer suggestions and recommendations
  • Take food and drinks orders
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipesEnsure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
  • Alert guests or restaurant staff about food allergies/intolerance
  • Processing payments – Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant FOH and BOH staff
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Planning and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
  • Get acquainted with daily specials menu
  • Train new staff members when necessary
  • Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
  • Prevent problems related to customers’ excessive drinking by following the law and established procedures
  • Preform shift opening and closing duties (ie -peel, slice and juice fruit for drinks, restocking, cleaning, setting up and closing the bar)  



  • Fluent in English
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
